Held at the Central Washington State Fairgrounds in Yakima, Washington, this event usually draws over 600 pre-1972 street rods, muscle cars, trucks and roadsters for the four-day event as well as an attendance of about 30,000 spectators Friday and Saturday.

We are again using the Sundome facility for display exhibits this year.   Vendors will occupy the booths at all times when the exhibit building is open.

Exhibits open with vendors occupying booths from 9am to 8pm on Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday.

Move-out and takedown is Saturday AFTER 6pm or Sunday from 8am to 12pm.  (Our awards are held early Sunday morning and are usually over before noon).

When you fill out the form, be sure to indicate if you need power or not.

Booth registration is $100.00 which includes a 10x10 foot stall and admits two (2) people to work your booth, also includes our Saturday night BBQ. Additional booth space is $100.00 extra.  There will be no subletting of space.

Again, due to space restrictions we are limiting the number of vendors attending so your prompt response is appreciated.  With your participation and support, we look forward to another successful rod run.

We are also glad to provide you with motel information.   Camping is available on the fairgrounds at $35.00 for the entire weekend for either tents or RV's.  (Limited hook-up's available).
